A painted stork! Autumn is not all dull, for it is in autumn (just winter here) that these beauties visit us for breeding.

    Love the streaks of pink and black on white… with orange and yellowish hue… boy… mother nature is an excellent painter (not that i didnt know, but love to acknowledge everytime i get an opportunity!) 🙂

  10. BTW….an excellent snap…do you have a close up. The colours on its back are so soft and pleasing and feathers form a symmetric arrangement….Mail me a close up if you have one.
