  5. Yum! Everything I can’t get enough of; hot, mango and curry!

  6. I’ve never seen this before. Looks yummy! 😛

  7. We make something called “Ambya Kuval”. An all time favourite in season….They are whole mangoes cooked in a thick gravy/syrup which is sweet, sour and pungent at the same time.

I could have it all the time…..yummy…starts from next month at our place.

  8. i have seen a brine made of red hot chilies and other spices and big raw mangoes gets soaked in this brine for many months — and then in the rainy season it all comes out — great with hot rice.

  9. I love curries and I love mangoes. This I should taste some day 😉
